Business Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct process discovery sessions and workshops to identify inefficiencies and manual pain points across departments.

  • Document current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) processes and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities.

  • Design, build, test, and deploy automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate or other tools, including cloud flows, desktop flows, and integrations with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.).

  • Translate employee feedback and business requirements into practical, maintainable automation solutions.

  • Support change management and user adoption by training teams and addressing concerns related to new automated processes.

  • Monitor, optimize, and maintain existing automations to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in Business Operations, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, or Shared Services.

  • Hands-on experience building and managing workflows with Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, or similar tools (strong practical knowledge is essential).

  • Excellent ability to facilitate discussions, gather requirements from non-technical users, and convert operational pain points into automated solutions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.

  • Solid understanding of business processes in complex organizational environments.

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, or Power BI) is a significant advantage.

  • Up to date on the latest AI Tools and LLMs is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field is preferred.
