About the brand:
Oatful is a UAE-based protein
breakfast brand. They make overnight oats, granola, porridge cups and protein
cookies, sold online and in retail. The brand is currently growing across the GCC with regional
partners, and are building an internal marketing team in-house. This is the first
key hire.
The role
This is a full time in person role. You will own our organic social media across the GCC. You will plan the monthly calendar, create short-form video, and publish on schedule. You are hands-on: you film and edit, you don’t just manage. You will also brief a part-time designer for graphics and keep every post on brand.
What you will do
• Create a campaign roadmap and strategy for UAE/KSA/Qatar & GCC
• Build and own the monthly content calendar for Instagram, TikTok and other channels
• Shoot and edit Reels and TikToks: food, lifestyle, product demos and behind-the-scenes
• Adapt content for different GCC markets, including local moments and national days
• Plan ahead for Ramadan and other key seasons
• Write captions and on-screen text
• Schedule and publish all posts
• Brief our part-time designer for static posts, carousels and templates
• Send content to our founder for approval, and plan so approvals never delay posting
• Work with our regional partners on local content
• Report monthly on top posts and what to repeat
What we are looking for
• 3+ years running social media for a consumer or food brand in the GCC
• A portfolio of short-form video you shot and edited yourself
• Strong English, written and spoken
• Experience owning a content calendar and using scheduling tools
• Good understanding of GCC audiences, culture and modest visual standards
• Organized, fast, and comfortable working in a small team
Nice to have
• Arabic, written and spoken
• Canva or Adobe skills
• Ramadan campaign experience
• Experience working with distributors or regional partners
To apply
