We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Content Manager to coordinate the marketing communications, content and brand application workstreams for a major international event in Riyadh.

Working closely with the project’s marketing stakeholders, designers, production partners and internal delivery teams, you will translate content and brand direction into clear, executable briefs. You will ensure that every branded touchpoint, including signage, printed collateral, presentations, digital screens and delegate materials, is accurate, consistent, approved on schedule and ready for production.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for marketing, content and brand-related requirements.

  • Coordinate alignment meetings, document decisions and ensure feedback is communicated clearly to internal teams, designers and suppliers.

  • Manage the intake of content, key messages, brand guidelines and creative assets.

  • Coordinate review and approval cycles, maintaining clear version control and sign-off records.

  • Identify content gaps, conflicting feedback and delivery risks early, driving timely resolution.

Design and Brand Applications

  • Prepare clear design briefs and manage communication with designers from initial concept through revisions and final approval.

  • Oversee branded applications including signage, wayfinding, stage branding, badges, delegate kits, printed collateral, presentations, screen content and digital assets.

  • Maintain a detailed deliverables tracker covering specifications, dimensions, languages, quantities, deadlines and approval status.

  • Coordinate with print and production partners to ensure artwork meets the required technical specifications.

  • Conduct quality checks for brand consistency, typography, bilingual accuracy and production readiness.

Content Management

  • Coordinate, edit and format content for agendas, briefing packs, session guides, speaker profiles and event communications.

  • Manage bilingual English and Arabic content workflows, including translation, proofreading and Arabic typesetting.

  • Support the preparation of presentations, scripts and on-screen content.

  • Maintain an organised central library of approved content, templates, brand assets and final artwork.

Event Delivery

  • Work closely with programme, production, operations and technical teams to align deliverables with event timelines.

  • Coordinate the testing, scheduling and delivery of digital and on-screen content.

  • Provide on-site support during setup and live event days.

  • Manage last-minute content changes, reprints, screen updates and quality checks.

  • Support post-event asset archiving and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Graphic Design or a related field.

  • At least five years of experience in marketing communications, content management, brand management or account management.

  • Previous experience in an events, agency or large-scale project environment.

  • Proven ability to write creative briefs, manage designers and oversee revision and approval cycles.

  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing high volumes of time-sensitive deliverables.

  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and their application across print, digital and physical environments.

  • Experience supporting government, semi-government or high-profile international events in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Strong Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.

  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and version-control discipline.

  • Strong visual judgement and the ability to provide clear, constructive design feedback.

  • Working knowledge of print production and digital content specifications.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop is an advantage.

  • Confident, diplomatic and stakeholder-focused working style.

  • Ability to remain calm and effective under tight deadlines.
